The congregation employs the team concept employing
a senior pastor who provides overall guidance and continuity.

Rev. Don Proctor, Senior Pastor
The Reverend
Donald Proctor obtained his B.A. degree from McKendree College in
Illinois and the M. Div. from Northwestern University (Garrett School of
Theology). He has attended graduate schools at Emory University; St.
Louis University; Southern Illinois University, Seabury-Western
Theological School; Hebrew University in Jerusalem; Church Divinity
School of the Pacific; Franciscan Seminary at Berkeley; Studied in the
Rabbi Brickner, President of the Reformed Hebrew Congregation in
America; Eden Theological Seminary; and Pacific School of Religion in
Berkeley on sabbatical.
Don and Marge
served congregations in southern and northern Illinois. They moved to
Utah in 1972 and have served congregations for the United Church of
Christ (the Congregational church) in Bountiful and Kanab. Don retired
in 2003. Don and Marge continued to reside in Bountiful.
Rev. Kevin Miller
The Rev. Kevin Miller was born and raised in Marshall, Michigan.
After receiving his undergraduate degree in Sociology/Social Work from
Huntington College, Huntington, Indiana, and his graduate degree in
Religion from the Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary, Philadelphia,
Kevin was ordained by the First Baptist Church, Marshall, Michigan.
Kevin pastored churches in Pennsylvania, Michigan, New York and Utah.
Kevin currently serves as Director of Student Affairs for Salt Lake
Community College/School of Applied Technology. In addition to the
Bountiful First Baptist Church, Kevin also regularly serves the Orem
Community Church (UCC) in Orem, Utah.
