Dorothy
Briggs Arnold
Dorothy has Masters of Music, Vocal
Performance, University of Washington, 1976 and Bachelor of Music, St.
Olaf College, 1973. She has held Adjunct Associate Instructor of Voice
at the college level and music and reader’s theater for the Davis County
School District. Her teaching history began about 1980.
She has served as Music Minister in a
professional status.
She wrote and directed Christmas
Dinner Theater. Scripts were 40-90 minutes in length, and each
presented an aspect of historical Christian doctrine. Her 2000
production was an original musical.
Dorothy received a 1999 Recipient of
Davis Schools Foundation Grant when she wrote and directed seventeen
curriculum-based reader’s theater scripts for all grade levels at
Farmington Elementary School
She has played many professional
theater roles.
